NOT. I wonder what it is again that they think they are going to propose, talk about and diplom that is going to change the mind of the Iranians. Lets remember again that the Iranians have at every turn, stalled, lied, stalled some more, made threats, lied some more, then made more threats. What in that equation says "We can be reached through diplomacy"? Can someone please tell me, cuz I am at a loss here! Sheesh!!
