Construction Noise shuts down the Capitol Building this morning

I wish I could say I am surprised. At least it was that and not, oh I dunno, Ted Kennedy dropping a case of scotch sent over from the Immigration lobby on his way out of town. Or better yet, the sound of a Senator/Congressman doing anything today but leaving for the weekend!
